    I think for IT help desk business, large or small, allowing for the "client" to grant access to control the mouse or computer would be helpful.

  6. E-Mail Template customization for translations & better UX

    For customers it is super important to have the feeling to never leave the companies environment. So I suggest to add Brand Logo and Email Sender Address customizing to the E-Mail Templates. At the Moment the Logo and Sender is showing Consolto, which is especially here in the EU taken more serious. Idea would be to start with custom Logo and Text for E-Mail Templates and then add the possibility to add a custom Sender Email. Great Job! Thanks

  7. Call / Chat routing

    This is a mega feature coming soon. The idea is two-fold: When agent/host is unavailable, we will route the call/chat to another available agent/host. When agents are available and prefer someone else handles the call/chat, we route the call/chat to that person.

  8. Video Message

    It would be great if you include a feature where site visitors could send you a video message, (not a live video but a recorded message) - and you could reply to them at a later time with a video message to them - similar to what we Warm Welcome offers. Live video calls are great, but if you are not available then it would be good to offer uses the ability to submit a video message, alongside choices of email, chat, schedule, etc.

  10. WhatsApp messages

    My company currently uses www.trengo.com chat widget, which includes WhatsApp messages in our Dashboard inbox. Can Consolto integrate WhatsApp Business / standard WhatsApp messages so that they appear insider our Consolto dashboard/inbox? And enable us to reply to them from inside our Consolto dashboard? And if possible enable us to assign any messages to an agent of our choice? Currently with Consolto we can only include a WhatsApp link and we have to go away and login to our WhatsApp account in order to view and reply to any WhatsApp messages. It would be preferable to be able to see and reply to all messages from all social channels e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook Messenger, etc, as well as standard default live chat messages all inside our Consolto dashboard. Obviously I have no idea how much work this would require from Consolto developers, so maybe it is just wishful thinking on my part ðŸĪŠ

Secondly, it facilitates potential clients in swiftly responding to our initial inquiries, fostering a smoother communication flow. Moreover, this feature isn't limited to a particular niche but can be beneficial for various professionals such as service-based entrepreneurs, agencies, coaches, and consultants. It helps in filtering potential clients, enabling us to gauge compatibility even before engaging in a conversation, thereby optimizing our time and resources effectively.

  12. ADD URL to communication options we can add

    So many of our customers and teams use a already established service Pinchat which has everything from WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram integrated. Pinchat provides a URL to each chat room etc. I'm sure there's plenty of other services that have a similar setup. Anyways on the communications you have Phone, Calendar, Chat, WhatsApp, etc but if you could add the ability to Insert/Add your own URL as well as an option that way we could insert a website, or in my case the pinchat window URL etc that would open up. I'm sure others would like to also add their own URLs there for their purposes

  13. End to End encryption

    Thinking directly of sensitive data transfer, specifically for medical practitioners. HIPAA is a concern and would be more trusting if this was built in.

    The Consolto backoffice is currently in English. We are working on adding multi-languages to adapt to several markets. Our widget currently has 14 different languages option.

  15. Setup Call Record Limit / Addon to Purchase More Credits

    Our account has 1000 call records in total, we can't allow all our team members to just use these credits without control. And when user credits has gone, allow team member ask for more credits then we can purchase more records from you in our main account and again distribute with selected team member that need more credits and as agency we can sell this to our customers!
