Today Consolto provides a way to embed the ClicKNTalk page as an iframe. This request is about having its own CNAME.
I think for IT help desk business, large or small, allowing for the "client" to grant access to control the mouse or computer would be helpful.
In some cases, teams have separate sub-entities. For example, one company that uses Consolto would like their sales team to have a widget with a specific look&feel while their support team should have another widget with another look&feel. The sub-accounts feature will let the admin to assign sub-account managers and create separate widgets for every sub-account.
Option to style your video background. Two alternatives will be enabled: Blurry background and image.
Stripe integration is two fold: We'll enable customer-to-host payments via Stripe. Payment to Consolto will also be enabled via Stripe.
Thinking directly of sensitive data transfer, specifically for medical practitioners. HIPAA is a concern and would be more trusting if this was built in.
In many cases, it's good to have a checklist of actions that always need to happen in every conversation with customers. This checklist will be part of the customer-feed and can be checked to help the host/agent be on top of the progress.
Instead of just a wall of text, I'd love to see a welcoming video on the page load, much like what WarmWelcome offers. The video would auto play, though muted, until clicked on from the user.
For customers it is super important to have the feeling to never leave the companies environment. So I suggest to add Brand Logo and Email Sender Address customizing to the E-Mail Templates. At the Moment the Logo and Sender is showing Consolto, which is especially here in the EU taken more serious. Idea would be to start with custom Logo and Text for E-Mail Templates and then add the possibility to add a custom Sender Email. Great Job! Thanks
Monetize the communication you have with your clients. Overview: Today we provide the ability to request money from customers prior to a video call OR during any chat conversation. This feature will enable charging customers upfront while they schedule meetings. In addition, it will enable charging per minute (vs. per-session that we provide today)
This is a mega feature coming soon. The idea is two-fold: When agent/host is unavailable, we will route the call/chat to another available agent/host. When agents are available and prefer someone else handles the call/chat, we route the call/chat to that person.
The voice recording feature within Consolto leaves an audio recording event on the customer's feed. With this alternative, the audio-recording event will be followed by its transcription.
Not always intuitive to find things in the dashboard. Also, I find Iframe errors, previews showing cut offs etc. Would like it to be more of a joy to log in and use.
The Consolto backoffice is currently in English. We are working on adding multi-languages to adapt to several markets. Our widget currently has 14 different languages option.
