  1. Individual and subscription booking

    Allow client to book individual meeting (payment before meeting) but also buy a subscription packages (options like 5, 10 meetings, or 1 - 7 times a week ongoing or for a period like 3 months, or 1 - 12 month packages). This is useful for life coaches, mental health providers, anything the requires regular checkups - it also reduces friction of always having to pay separately before service.

    I think for IT help desk business, large or small, allowing for the "client" to grant access to control the mouse or computer would be helpful.

    Thinking directly of sensitive data transfer, specifically for medical practitioners. HIPAA is a concern and would be more trusting if this was built in.

    Hi I would like to have the option of choosing which (single or multiple) google calendar to sync against. Today there is no option for doing that a lot of calendar apps like BookLikeABoos, MeetFox etc can do this.

  8. Widget support for mobile platforms (Android & iOS)

    It would open more uses cases for Consolto if there is support for mobile platforms, for example provide in-app support for existing clients. The idea is to have some SDKs to facilitate the integration (native Android, iOS, Flutter...).

    add an faq button to the row of buttons on the widget. next to whatsapp, form, video call, etc. It'll the user to find the answer quickly and allow team members to focus on unique issues

  10. Video Message

    It would be great if you include a feature where site visitors could send you a video message, (not a live video but a recorded message) - and you could reply to them at a later time with a video message to them - similar to what we Warm Welcome offers. Live video calls are great, but if you are not available then it would be good to offer uses the ability to submit a video message, alongside choices of email, chat, schedule, etc.

    This will give customers a more friendly "welcome" when we are late to a meeting. This will be especially useful when group chats are available.

  14. Apple Calendar 2-Way Sync

    I think it is mandatory to have an integration for Apple Calendar to sync bookings and to synchronize with events to avoid double booking. As I use also TuCalendi for appointment booking, it's very important to sync the calendar.

  15. Booking agenda

    It would be nice to be able to email the user at custom times and days, as a reminder and as a thank you. In addition, the possibility of creating additional fields could be inserted to better identify the user.
