    Hi I would like to have the option of choosing which (single or multiple) google calendar to sync against. Today there is no option for doing that a lot of calendar apps like BookLikeABoos, MeetFox etc can do this.

  6. Request a Callback

    Add an option allowing a visitor to select a "Callback" where they can enter their phone number with optionally book a preferred date/time for the call back. Option is similar to when an operator is unable to take the chat request and/or visitor does/doesn't leave a message. Would be nice to simply add this "callback" feature to the "voice message" with a field to optionally request a callback where user can enter a phone number and then select preferred time/date for the callback.

  7. Screen share needs more room - here's how to do it

    When doing a screen share, the video chat (web call) is required. Unfortunately, using this feature leaves a tall window on the screen (for customer and consultant videos or audio). This window takes up easily 25% of the screen, blocking important elements that need to be seen, even when on an audio call when no video is required at all. There is currently no way to minimize this window. Sometimes, all I need is a screen share, not the video of a customer. It would be super helpful to be able to minimize this screen or eliminate it altogether (even if an audio call is required) during a screen share session.

  8. Setting up the configuration for the whole team

    It would be great to set up the styling and different configurations at once for the whole team, instead of setting up styling for each member of the team. At the moment, if you have 20 agents, you need to set up 20 styling widgets, which is very ineffective.

    Add a few customer management capabilities that will help managing customers in various states. These include adding: Customer entity (includes a few chats of customers from various devices)Deal entity - includes a few customers and deal information with stages. Mainly for sales. Issue (ticket) - similar to deal but mainly for support. Organization entity (holds a few customers related to the same organization).

    I think for IT help desk business, large or small, allowing for the "client" to grant access to control the mouse or computer would be helpful.

  13. E-Mail Template customization for translations & better UX

    For customers it is super important to have the feeling to never leave the companies environment. So I suggest to add Brand Logo and Email Sender Address customizing to the E-Mail Templates. At the Moment the Logo and Sender is showing Consolto, which is especially here in the EU taken more serious. Idea would be to start with custom Logo and Text for E-Mail Templates and then add the possibility to add a custom Sender Email. Great Job! Thanks

  14. End to End encryption

    Thinking directly of sensitive data transfer, specifically for medical practitioners. HIPAA is a concern and would be more trusting if this was built in.

  15. Checklist notes during meetings

    In many cases, it's good to have a checklist of actions that always need to happen in every conversation with customers. This checklist will be part of the customer-feed and can be checked to help the host/agent be on top of the progress.
