    Add a few customer management capabilities that will help managing customers in various states. These include adding: Customer entity (includes a few chats of customers from various devices)Deal entity - includes a few customers and deal information with stages. Mainly for sales. Issue (ticket) - similar to deal but mainly for support. Organization entity (holds a few customers related to the same organization).

  8. Client portal / sell digital services or/and products without booking/calendar

    It would be nice to integrate a customer portal with login credentials like gmail /facebook or others. This portal could be created automatically if the customer or agent/freelancer makes/validates an appointment. I'm currently analyzing your software, and the customer is dependent on the freelancer's or business owner's website. It would be nice if the customer could have his own space outside of it, and so could we. Currently all interactions are a set of chat like on whatsapp and telegram (if I understand the product you propose). This portal would be useful, since you're going to offer appointments in the form of 20 min, 1 h etc. packages. I'd also like to add a feature for selling digital services and/or products without a reservation, such as translation, logo, mail, ticket sales.

  9. Screen sharing with control clients computer function

    I think for IT help desk business, large or small, allowing for the "client" to grant access to control the mouse or computer would be helpful.

  10. E-Mail Template customization for translations & better UX

    For customers it is super important to have the feeling to never leave the companies environment. So I suggest to add Brand Logo and Email Sender Address customizing to the E-Mail Templates. At the Moment the Logo and Sender is showing Consolto, which is especially here in the EU taken more serious. Idea would be to start with custom Logo and Text for E-Mail Templates and then add the possibility to add a custom Sender Email. Great Job! Thanks

  11. End to End encryption

    Thinking directly of sensitive data transfer, specifically for medical practitioners. HIPAA is a concern and would be more trusting if this was built in.

  12. Checklist notes during meetings

    In many cases, it's good to have a checklist of actions that always need to happen in every conversation with customers. This checklist will be part of the customer-feed and can be checked to help the host/agent be on top of the progress.

  13. Call / Chat routing

    This is a mega feature coming soon. The idea is two-fold: When agent/host is unavailable, we will route the call/chat to another available agent/host. When agents are available and prefer someone else handles the call/chat, we route the call/chat to that person.

    The Consolto backoffice is currently in English. We are working on adding multi-languages to adapt to several markets. Our widget currently has 14 different languages option.

  15. Setup Call Record Limit / Addon to Purchase More Credits

    Our account has 1000 call records in total, we can't allow all our team members to just use these credits without control. And when user credits has gone, allow team member ask for more credits then we can purchase more records from you in our main account and again distribute with selected team member that need more credits and as agency we can sell this to our customers!
