A Consolto booking page should be embeddable into emails for customer support needs, this way people won't have to go to the website to talk with the agents, but they can immediately get redirected via email.

I think for IT help desk business, large or small, allowing for the "client" to grant access to control the mouse or computer would be helpful.

For customers it is super important to have the feeling to never leave the companies environment. So I suggest to add Brand Logo and Email Sender Address customizing to the E-Mail Templates. At the Moment the Logo and Sender is showing Consolto, which is especially here in the EU taken more serious. Idea would be to start with custom Logo and Text for E-Mail Templates and then add the possibility to add a custom Sender Email. Great Job! Thanks

In many cases, it's good to have a checklist of actions that always need to happen in every conversation with customers. This checklist will be part of the customer-feed and can be checked to help the host/agent be on top of the progress.

The voice recording feature within Consolto leaves an audio recording event on the customer's feed. With this alternative, the audio-recording event will be followed by its transcription.

All my company team members are using Office 365. We need to sync our scheduled meetings with Outlook Calendar.

Hi I would like to have the option of choosing which (single or multiple) google calendar to sync against. Today there is no option for doing that a lot of calendar apps like BookLikeABoos, MeetFox etc can do this.

For consultant to present ideas (more tailored) towards individual discussion compare to ppt slides which are templated.

add an faq button to the row of buttons on the widget. next to whatsapp, form, video call, etc. It'll the user to find the answer quickly and allow team members to focus on unique issues

Would be good to see where client is before accepting call...we don't always want to engage in a call and may prefer to focus more locally. Likewise, we would like to see it made easier to have the widget on certain pages only. Right now it's not clear what I should do if I want it to appear on multiple pages but not all pages / this could be better designed and may include geo targeting also.
