Choose from 3 modes tailored to different team structures:

• Fully Private – Ideal for therapists, legal professionals, or consultants. One-on-one conversations, agents are fully isolated.
• Scout Mode – Perfect for tiered support or professional services. Shared first responders triage and assign conversations privately.
• Fully Shared – Designed for sales and collaborative teams. Everyone sees and joins the conversation, with optional ownership controls.

Combine these with our new widget modes (Team List, List & Chat, Team Chat ) to give customers a seamless experience.

We've started rolling out Ooni - the team AI (beta users) that will work best with the Scout Mode - it will be your first responder! Global availability is expected during August.
